Barrington Street Loses Out Again

We need a revitalized downtown more than ever. O.K., it's understandable why the Book Room is closing but does Barrington Street really need another empty storefront? Saint John, Moncton and Charlottetown have all done something with their downtown - hell, we're a lot bigger, so what's up? When are the idiots at City Hall going to do something about this depressed area? Oh, I forgot, there's too much debate about cats and chickens to worry about what an eyesore Barrington Street has become. Another thing - why does the Timmy's there allow bums to sit in front of their store? Wouldn't you think that would be bad for business or are Timmy addicts too focused on their fix to care? Great way to lose out on tourist revenue.
