I was stoked when I found out that Hedley was headlining a free concert on the Grand Parade on Saturday night. I even went down there early and listened to some okay artists, in support of democracy, just so I could get a decent spot near the stage. However, as soon as Ill Scarlett left and the setup started for Jacob and his Crew, people started pushing forward, and tapping me to say "excuse me" to let them through. KUDOS to the lady beside me who had the nerve to say "where are you going? Because i've been standing here for 2 hours and I'm not about to let a tall person ahead of me so that I can't see". Oh, and to the girls beside me? If you can't sit your fat butt on the rail, DON'T keep trying. You fell into me at least a dozen times until the security guard told you to stop. And the blonde bitch in front of me? I saw your text messages.. if you hate Hedley so much, why didn't you go home so that I didn't have your tall blond head standing in front of me the whole time. Seriously, people.. it's a free concert, but if you aren't going to enjoy it let those of us who will enjoy it do so in peace.
p.s - if you lost your birth control pack, I turned it into the police. You still had 3 weeks left, I hope you get it replaced.
