Against the law??....Bull$h!t!
I would really like to know why local authorities do NOT enforce the law that prohibits cell use while driving! Everyday I see countless people driving while on their cells. What's the point of passing something into law and not enforcing it? Is it going to take a death or FIVE for the HRM police department to WAKE UP?—Tired of what others are doing while driving
