Well I have an old sled that might be WORTH $500.00, but I do not have a trail pass or license and now they say that the fine by DNR will be $500.00 if they stop you without the above. I wonder if they will take the sled to pay the fine? Would they then give me a lift home? Oh yeah, by the way, I do not travel on the National 104 groomed trails, just around my home on old roads. I also do not think this will limit the speed that the new machines can do (in excess of 100 miles per hour) that usually cause the accidents. There should be a grandfathering on this for sleds that are older that say 15 years. Oh well just another way for the province to obtain money for their coffers. —OLD SLEDDER
