Too windy today!
Cancel school! Never mind that it is actually a beautiful spring-like day outside. The forecast was for wind and everybody knows you can't teach if its windy outside... What about tomorrow, too sunny? Not sunny enough? Humidity too high? Too low? Cripes. As far as I can interpret this madness, if the weatherman forecasts ANYTHING resembling normal winter conditions; school is cancelled. No wonder kids today are borderline illiterate and can't do basic math. —Wishing I got the day off every time weather occurred
