Why are you out of service?
It's winter, windy and cold. The OUT OF SERVICE bus sits empty, soon to be the number 1 bus, left us riders, out in the cold. You, the driver, just sat there and when you were good and ready, you ALLOWED us on YOUR bus. I shouldn't have to leave my personal info to leave a complaint. It's time bus activity was tracked by GPS, didn't us taxpayers pay for that already? —Trying to be GREEN
