I am sick and tire of hearing the sob story about the 100+ ducks that died in the tailings pond, do you have any idea how ducks and other animals die from oil tanker spills? You can't have it both ways! If the oil doesn't come from Canada, then it has to come to us from overseas.

Furthermore, I am sick and tire about all the fucking whining about the toxic tailings pond... are you mentally challenged or naive? This isn't the first time Canadian industry has used a tailings pond. I suggest you put away that ebook on Bambi, and pull out a text book that explains the important and vital role that tailings pond plays. They aren't something that we need to get rid of, they are something that we need to keep the countryside safer. I wish more industries, and municipalities would use tailings ponds.
