School Christmas concert or Night out at the Roxy
Why do some parents allow their elementary school-aged daughters to wear clothes that are inappropriate for a family-friendly event? The sequins, off-the-shoulder dresses, tight tank tops (it's been in the minus double digits all week), and crotch-hugging tights have never made sense to me.
