Hey metro transit, I'm curious. What was the point in spending likely millions on this new transit terminal if your riders still do not have a warm place to wait? Sure, you've gone and built not one, but two small, mostly exposed shelters, but to be honest they are worse than the last one (who thought a massive double door was a wise choice when the east coast is known for rain, more rain, and wind?)

In essence all you've done is built a very expensive bathroom for your drivers and gone ahead and told your highfield customers exactly what they deserve in your mind: nothing. Coincidentally, that is what a lot of us already have. Could that be why?

Not only have you denied us a warm retreat from harsh weather, you've failed to install a digital schedule. Instead, you've planted a single pay phone (on the outside, of course), which further proves that you are a) clueless as to your customers needs and means, or that you really just don't care.
