To the guy with the beard at the phone store where I was contemplating taking my business until he told me to "Calm down". The fact that I was calm already and that that is an outdated, negative, patriarchal , stereotypical way of keeping down us "little ladies" clinched the decision for me to take my business elsewhere. If you had been "listening" instead of trying to be right, you would have heard that I understood what you were saying and that I didn't have a phone. I would have bought a phone from you (instead of your competitor) and set up my Ipad to link to it...alas, for you and your company, you just continued to barrel through proving a point.
