retail mismanagement
You made a very big mistake today. You should not judge people by how they look, and at the very least you should be aware that your store policy does not support that type of marginalization--I expect you to know this, given that you are an employee of a long-standing international cd/dvd store. You may not have known the woman that you had your staff follow today while she was clearly shopping, but I do. You never know who you are going to meet--you might do yourself a favor and remember that. —someone has been watching too many police movies
