Thank you to the airline who left our lives in a pilot's hands who felt it was a better decision to land the plane in a hurricane, rather than putting us in a hotel for the night or keeping us in the Caribbean until the storm passed. I know, I know, it's more of a risk to set the airline back by a few thousand dollars than it is to land in the middle of a hurricane with people puking, having panic attacks and scared that their last moments of life could possibly end on that plane that was being thrown around like a rag doll from the strong winds in Halifax that night.
