To all the union haters!
Let's get real boys and girls—this is happening because it needs to. You can't treat your employees like shit and expect no repercussions. Running a "family" business can backfire when you give all your other employees little to no trust. Remember: all those "untrustworthy," underpaid employees are all highly educated and well-organized young people, with a social support backing out of this world—so what's next?
