Mowing Lawns
Twenty bucks an hour is a very reasonable rate, especially using your own equipment. People call you out to give them an estimate and you give them the price and they say "Oh my... I was expecting 10 or 11 dollars an hour!" You can't or don't have time to take care of your own lawn—live in huge houses, very large properties, professionals—and want to pay shit for property care. It is better to stick with single-lot city dwellings and get double the money for half the time. Those people are nicer and more with it. Cheap bastards. -More Wage. Less Time. Nicer People.
