Does an oil spill help change a name
My now, the buses have a new name. Is this because of the oil spilling from Burnside down to Victoria Road? Oh yes, we are told it's all ok. But I ask why, if a home owner has a oil tank leak of 50 to 100 gallons, is it a million-dollar insurance clean up affecting every one on the block? My, how there are rules for some and rules for others. Just saying. —Just Saying
