Ok, i admit that I'm still bitchin mad about all the usual reasons why PD day is so wrong. Like for example, doctors and nurses manage to have PD days without closing the f#$king hospital and sending patients home.
This PD day is only 1 week after they closed the schools because there was a power failure that didn't actually affect the schools because the power was restored by 6:30 am which was long before even the early arrival staffers were warming up their cars.
Furthermore, I am disgusted at what gets passed off as PD. While my child's teacher is coloring pieces of paper and stapling posters to the wall, my son"s "PD Daycare" does stuff with my that is more PD like than her teacher. —Pissed off? I?
