Can't buy timbits at the hospital
but apparently smoking is permissible. After smokers have the right to trigger asthma attacks, right? Shame on Capital Health for refusing to enforce their own rules. It's too bad the walking public has to walk through clouds of smoke when trying to enter the building. And forget about using a bus shelter on Summer Street.
