to the guys sitting at the counter
What the eff is up with the airport these days?! I'm not trying to downplay airline workers' jobs, but what exactly are we paying more and more for? I have to pay to check a bag in now, check in at a kiosk, but oh no wait im forced by a worker to go to the counter to check my bag.. when in reality I have to lug my bag to the back of the room and check it in myself. The only thing you did was hand me my boarding pass. What a rip off! everything costs more and their employees do less.. and the cost of oil is way down. buncha crooks. —my back hurts
