Just because someone doesn't agree with what you think, doesn't mean you ignore them. When trying to come to consensus, consensus does not mean exclude all people who hold different ideas then yours, so that you can surround yourself with only those who vote the same as you. Blocking people on FB (now we can't even see each others posts in the group), and trying to create a decision making committee goes against all the principles of direct democracy. Learn to use logic, and rationalize things. Assertiveness and aggression are not synonyms. If we all hid our faces, and never spoke up when we disagree the world would be a stupid and meek world indeed. Your activist group will always suck until you can learn to discuss and decide effectively. Democracy is tedious work, but it is worth it. —get real, or go home
