Do you work for free?
No, I don't want to provide my services for free to your for- profit company. No, it isn't a great experience. No, it's not a valuable volunteer opportunity to answer phone and schedule appointments for your business while you collect fees for services. Do you work for free? Does your landlord expect you to pay rent? Or do they just offer you a place to stay as a valuable learning experience in property management? If you can't afford to pay at least minimum wage for an admin person, maybe you need to rethink your business model or ANSWER YOU OWN DAMN PHONES. —You can't eat experience
