Liberals allows Montreal's shit
Montreal will now be dumping over 2 billion litres of human waste into the St laurence.
It should be noted that the previous Federal Government was blocking this dumping of raw sewage and that the new "Hot" Climate Change Environment Minister Catherine McKenna has given the go ahead with the condition that she is able to spin it with wonderful words like risk mitigating measures which, when looked up in the dictionary of political speak really means "Oh well, we are in power now.
