Drivers
Here is a noval way for the province to make some money, start re testing drivers every two years.. My god how people do not know know how to drive, to fast to slow left when going right, cell phones etc
I need my lic for my work but if i did not i think i would either take the bus or walk
keep in mind that we have surpssed montreal as the most dangerous city to drive in —look both ways hahahaha
