All my life I've been left of the centre, politically. But several things have pushed me right of that line recently, not the least of which are the attacks in cologne. In many ways, ideologically, I am still on the left ... but I can not/will not relate to the liberal. The whiney, bleeding heart who has an answer for everything at the ready so they don't actually have to think critically about anything. Comfortable with their moral superiority but not questioning or reasoning or listening and at least considering what the other side is saying. Using power-words constantly, pretty much every post they make is a desperate plea for 'likes' as though this wins arguments and validates their opinions. I voted liberal and am still very much engaged and interested -- supportive even. But the average Canadian liberal has pushed me to the right and there I will stay until the left learns to think for itself. And I still late Stephen Harper and everything he stood for.
