Barking all day long
My neighborhood has many nice dogs, but lately it is pretty annoying how they all seem to get each other going and not stop barking for hours on end. I can't even put out the compost without them howling at me and starting a riot. Do they just need to run more? Are the owners away at work all day and oblivious? Should I just move? I'm used to city noise but lately this is driving me crazy. —BitchingAboutBitches
