Dead beat town
Hellifax must be the capital of Dead Beat Dad provinces in Canada. The courts do nothing to enforce orders for support. I know a lot of hard working ladies out there trying to support their kids. Should be mandatory that all woman in this province make double the minimum wage so they can support their children. —Lots of Losers in this town...are you one of them?
