On April 1st, around 7pm on Alderney Drive, you stopped your SUV to help us with an elderly lady who fell and was unable to get back up. You identified yourself as a nurse and you put off delivering your elderly mother to her home to help. You even lent us an old blanket to help keep her warm until paramedics arrived. You had to go but your help and bedside manner was very much appreciated. You left your blanket behind though, so I turned it in to Metro Transit lost & found (200 Ilsley, open 8am-4pm, M-F). Hopefully you see this message and get your blanket back. It was an older wool blanket, but it probably has some value to you.
Also a shout out to the passenger who helped me from start to finish in assisting this lady. I know it kept you from your g/f, but you (and she) didn't mind. Hope the rest of your night went OK. And to the supervisor who attended, thanks for getting my passengers onto other buses so they weren't too delayed.
And to the passengers who had no choice but to wait on that 58, thanks for your patience.
