I was mugged almost a year ago outside a gas station, and due to the quick response of both the attendant on duty, and the Police that responded, the guy was caught/arrested/charged. Special thanks to Constable Terrence Poole! I felt like a complete jackass at the time, but you were incredibly kind and patient and reassuring. I apologize to the attendant, I don't remember your name, but my thanks to you as well. You readers should know that this guy had the foresight to press the panic button in the store (which resulted in the expeditious response by the police). Not only that - the attendant then proceeded to chase the mugger up the street with me!
My gratitude is long overdue - but I hope you will accept it nonetheless. Thanks to both of you for risking so much to help me! I feel much safer knowing there are knights in shining armor out there, like the two of you! HEARTS!!!!

Thanks to the person(s) who puts an empty garbage can in Chebucto Lane every week. I noticed you take it to the curb every Tuesday and then put it back after it has been emptied. Not only has this kept the neighborhood litter free, it also shows how a little community involvement goes a long way.
