Walked home from downtown Thursday. Gorgeous -- sunny and 28 degrees. Tossed some coin to an enthusiastic sax player busking on the corner. Traversed the Public Gardens, crossing paths with ducks .
A block over, girls ride horses -- Yes, right in the middle of the city! The shaded serenity of Camp Hill Cemetery, resplendently fragrant with roses, clover, and linden. What majestic trees we have here! Old St. Pat's with its beautifully carved letters: AUDITORIUM. Bought a crispy samosa from Ratnam at Showtime. Perused the Noam Chomskys at Wayne's. There's a mosque with huge copper domes across the street. It's a great 'hood. I love this town. —westerngirl
