Your roads were gone so you built bridges. The military came and you greeted them with open arms. I am very glad you joined the rest of us in 1949. —Bob and Sue

Dear lady,
I kind of wish you would visit my work more often. You're always so cheery, and make a point to comment on something, anything when you come through my cash, or food line up.
You've got adorable little rain boots, sparkly little nose rings, and one of the most wonderful demeanors I have ever come to witness.
My job kind of entails just getting yelled at now, when half a year ago it was about just having a fun time, and getting some very appreciative feedback from customers. I'm so glad to see my scary bosses haven't driven off all the happy folk around town.
Can't say where I work cause I'd probably have so many people mad at me, but if you know who or where this is coming from. Visit more often, even if you don't want to buy anything.
Sincerely —Lovely

I love the forest. I love cliffs, mountains, rivers, brooks, streams, lakes to camp on, white capped oceans to stare into and sky's so big you feel like your the center. I love old growth, fields, swamps, marshes, plateaus with 360 views and air that can fill your lungs full. I love the sun and all the tiny reactions that come with it's rays of light and heat. I love the change of seasons and new beginnings. —Checked Out

This man is a terrific human being, honest as the days are long and genuinely a great guy, even if he does support the Bruins. I am a pretty cynical person so when I see this MLA, who has suffered personal tragedies in the last few years, it makes my jaded heart leap for joy . He didn't make promises he didn't keep and he is all for openness and accountability. I wish all politicians could take a page from his very open book. —Bill's Number 1 Fan

Every day I read the paper and I`m a little saddened by the terrible things that happen in the world around us. This morning I cried my eyes out at the most touching story I read in a long time...
A little boy from Kingston Ontario held a yard sale this weekend selling off all his toys to raise money to buy his father a headstone. He passed away a year ago and the 9 year old boy put toys on the grave site to mark it... but wanted to get him a proper headstone.
I just had to share this... Because I love the way this child loves... kids can be pretty amazing! —Real Chick

To the kind stranger who picked up my phone and ID off the Halifax commons 2 weeks ago and went out of your way to make sure I got them back: Thank you! You are an angel.

Thank you to the couple who left me, their waitress, such a thoughtful and beautiful note after I did a questionable job of serving them. It made my day!!
Come back again, I know what's in the baked eggplant now! —Dawe
Here. Wouldn't mean anything. Without you.
I am glad we ended up on the same bus that early morning of the snow storm. Life is good with you. —Ta Petite Croustouille
I Love you more than 10 bushels and 14 pecks and 22 hugs around the neck. I miss you more than that combined. In the meantime, I sing you to me with my uke skills, hopefully loud enough for you to hear. —xoAbie
