To all of you customers who take the time to ask the employees how their day has been, or make casual small talk or who are even just polite and use please, thank you etc: WE APPRECIATE YOU.
I'm being 100% honest when I say that when a customer tells me to have a good day, or says thank you, or even just shows a tinge of personality, you actually make my day that much better. —Please & thank you
