I was standing at the other corner mentally bitching about being cold and having puddles in my shoes. You always sing with your guitar on that corner and I'm surprised you were out in such heavy rain. I listened and realized you were singing "Strawberry Fields Forever." I blinked and for a minute while I crossed the street, everything was beautiful. Thank you! —Soaked grey winter coat

Until I met you, you have awakened something deep inside I did not know existed. A longing so strong that it tortures me by day and keeps me up at night. I do love you and there is no doubt in my mind, I would have easily walked off the face of the earth with you and never looked back. —Baby it's cold outside

You drive the 33 Tantallon bus that leaves Scotia Square around 4:26p Mon-Fri and you have the absolute sweetest smile I've ever seen. Everytime I see you I want to give you a hug... can't help wondering if you're seeing someone. —Hearts in my blue eyes

I miss you so much. But I know this is the best thing for us both. As much as it hurt when things weren't good, when they were I was really happy and I'll never forget you for making me feel that way. Maybe someday we can be friends again. If not, then I'll say now that what I want most is for you to be happy. And goodbye. —Sorry it didn't work out

Thanks SO much Mr. Running Man for letting me know I left my lights on, while I strolled up Summer Street, headphones in and oblivious to the world. I wish you a lifetime of well-lubricated knees and I hope you win your next marathon good sir! —A Happy Maroon Saturn

I am at home for hours, after a shopping excursion involving the mall and a relaxing stop for coffee. Suddenly I realize, "Hey, I had some throat lozenges for my son's cough, some Hershey's Kisses for all our stockings and the pretzel/choc.kiss/M&M's that my daughter's boyfriend is already asking for, and other stuff I can't even remember, where the heck is it?" I phone the coffee shop and only get an answering machine, so I hop in the car and drive over, thinking "who wouldn't want to make off with a stash of chocolate?" No luck with a return there, but on a whim I go to the counter at one of the stores at the mall and sure enough, there it is!! All of it!!! Thank you to the kind and honest soul who turned it in. There's nothing like knowing that there ARE good people in this world!!!! —Mom of Two...with Faith Restored!!
