You have been there for me through everything. Every morning I think about how much you have made my life great, random and fun!! Although your eating habits make me nauseous I wouldn't trade it in for the world. Thanks for being the best friend I have ever had!! —"That's my spot"

For the two HRP officers that gave me a lift from the south end to the north end when my girl had just been in a accident, you guys fuckin' rock. Respect. —Dudeinarush!

I just wanted to say hello to the handful of super cute guys at my gym in Dartmouth. You make average weeknights at the gym a little more fun. Even though I'm too terribly shy to say anything, I'm definitely checking some of you out. We see each other all the time - say hi! I'm really super friendly even though my awkwardness may not make it seem so. —love the way you make that body bounce.

We can all be assholes.

Sometimes all it takes is someone being nice to you after you've been a jerk-off to help snap you out of it.

Instead of reacting in defense to all these pricks, let's try to be the nice guys. React to snide comments with a smile. Don't let 'em bring you down! —Heathro

Just to let you know, I found your H&M shopping bag on the #1 bus last week, and I gave it to the bus driver (check Metro Transit lost and found).

This message is actually a big THANK YOU to all the good honest people in Halifax, who inspire others (including myself) to do the RIGHT thing. —Murray C

I was walking on Spring Garden road at around 5 in a hurry to get to the bank and I didn't notice $60 fall out of my pocket. This guy yelled to me, not once, but twice, and told me my money fell on the ground. THANK YOU!

This means a lot because I'm from a rural town in NS where everyone knows you, your parents, and everyone looks out for you. Gives literal meaning to "It takes a community to raise a child."

With the sleepwatcher on the prowl in my neighbourhood, the swarmings, the cops not giving a shit, and all the newspaper articles reporting gunshots and violent attacks, I'm nervous to walk around after dark like I did constantly in my little hometown. Good to know there's some decency left in this beautiful, but crime-ridden city. —Caper girl in the gray hoodie

I LOVE when I get suprised with something extra awesome when I am already getting something awesome to begin with - for FREE! At a coffee shop on Spring Garden, that I don't usually go to but happened to on Tuesday morning, I got a ticket for a free download on iTunes. I know, it's not that amazing, but still! I downloaded the song and I love it and it will be happily playing it on my ipod while I'm sipping my coffee from now on :)—I love coffee, and free things
