I am not sure if this is a "proper bitch", but I am mad at myself and can't get over how terrible I feel. You asked a question and I had the answer, but I could have and should have done more to help you. I am quite sure I came across as not helpful and even lazy. I am very sorry and if you ever come back again, I will make sure to do better. —Notso

You're a new addition to our close knit group of friends. You happened to move in with my friends, and I just wanted to say that I'm really glad you did. As if it wasn't great enough that you are a skilled Foosball player and have excellent taste in music, you also brought the most delightful kitty with you. I look forward to getting to know you better. —Pleased as punch

From the all too common absent-minded being: Picture walking by a bicycle with the key left in the bike lock and mittens laying right next to it. This is how I mistakenly left my bike in the fall on Spring Garden Rd, only to return, three hours later, with it left completely untouched. I have had items stolen in this city before, but this was a nice gesture to know that decency exists in our ever growing city. —Neopolitan

I'm so sorry I couldn't be right for you, my boy, and give you what you so greatly deserve. I hope that you find everything in this life that you desire. I miss you everyday. —Heartbroken in Halifax

We have the same quirky sense of humour and I hope we never lose it. I'm so glad that we're friends and I never imagined that a random conversation started on a whim could have led us this far. You're always around to talk to and you can always think of a way to make things better with a joke (or five). Thanks for making this stressful time of year so much better with your laughter. —I'd Make A Joke But I'm Sure You'd Figure Out My Identity

To the girls that brought home our old and tired dog who was let free by the scum who broke into our home last week. SOOOO good to know there are people like you in the world to counteract the scum. Thank you. —Appreciative in the Southend

Sending out a HUGE THANK YOU to whoever found the wallet in the mall parking lot and brought in into the info desk Wednesday night. I work front desk at a hotel and the woman came to check in realizing she lost her wallet containing all her debit cards, credit cards, licence, and other membership cards. She was in a panic, especially being this time of year and being out of town. She would have had no way to pay for a hotel room amongst other things. I called over to the mall and they said someone found it and returned it, everything in place! So, whoever you are a big THANK YOU! You should have seen the relief on her face! There are still good people in this world!! —Happy people make me happy

You blew my mind when you said you'd leave it all behind in Flambourough and move to Dartmouth! You have no idea how much I wept hearing it! Life is good, finally! You make it so! I love you more every day! Thanks Littleone for being my partner in all ways! —Always warm
