You're absolutely amazingly awesome and every time I end up on your morning 10 you always brighten up my day! You say good morning to everyone who gets on the bus and when the crowd gets off at SMU you yell out to everyone to have a great day. You're the epitome of what Metro Transit should be and I thank you for trying to make everyone's morning a little bit better. It's hard getting up so early to trudge off to work and a bright smile and friendly remarks make it just a little bit better.

Also: I'd like to give shout outs to my two drivers of the 7:35 am 35 out of Lacewood every morning—always friendly smiles and sunny morning smalltalk. And you always wait for the runners because sometimes you're running a bit ahead to make sure they get on the bus and get to work!
