Although I am unlucky at love I will always be in love with love. To those of you who are happy in love, show it and don't take it for granted. Show me it does exist and can be a healthy happy thing. Thanks to all the people I see walking around holding hands, especially the elderly couples. It means a lot to me to see examples of love lasting. —Single and Happy

Everyday I walk past a certain house on Harvard St. I always look forward to reading the poems on the chalkboard outside. It always makes me smile that someone takes the time to share something so simple with the rest of the world. —Passing Neighbour

I was enjoying my weekly chowder and fish special at a fantastic fish house in Bayers Lake and a couple came in. They ordered some food, but the server took the time to explain that if they ordered the same thing but in another way, they'd save a bundle of money. Who takes the time to do that? That's the kind of place it is though—friendly, helpful, and serving delicious food! —Fish Lover

I have a hard time being friends with someone after a romantic relationship has ended. No matter whether on good or bad terms. I try and be as mature as possible in trying to accomodate this, but whenever contact is made with the ex my stomach drops and I feel very anxious. Kind of like Stan from South Park. Is this something that can change or is it just OK to cut ties altogether? After 2 years I can usually do the friends thing but until then speaking with you brings back a wave of emotion that makes me want to puke. So I guess I'm sorry for not being pro active in msg'ing you. It's not you... it's definately me. —Pukeless In Seattle

The other morning, you saw that the person ahead of you at the bridge toll did not have enough quarters to pass the toll. You got out of your car and threw some in for them. I just want to say you brightened my morning with that kind act. Cheers! Hope you have a lovely weekend! —Halifax-Bound

To the guy that walked by my window at 3:30am this morning singing to himself, I just wanted to tell you that you have a beautiful voice. —Sleepless Girl in Her Bedroom

Walking through Mic Mac Mall you stopped and said "Hi, how are you?" to me. I was quite confused because I didn't recognize you. I don't know if you thought I was someone else, or if you just wanted to be nice, but I think you're super cute. Thanks for making me giggle like a little school girl. —Green Converse
