To the Red Mazda, every time I think of you, I smile. My heart still skips a beat when you walk through the door! The one concrete consistent in my life is you, you have always had my back, even when I didn't deserve it, a true friend in every way, but so much more. I know you are scared about the 27th, but know that I have your back, I will be by your side, and everything will be OK. You really are something Red Mazda, together we are something else! You are loved more than you will ever know... thanks for being my everything, now it's my turn... Smile, cause yer just so damn cute when you do! Looking forward to the next chapter. —The Red Challenger

Endless thanks for keeping me well caffeinated during a long, intense school year. Even when busy, you still manage to achieve prompt (& beautiful!) cappuccinos with a calm presence and room for conversation. Your hard work does not go un-noticed. —alc

No one messes with my brains or my heart as well as you. I want to wish you the best birthday ever and just letting you know that you are stuck forever. Even though people don't show to your parties I will always be there to eat your cake. Your partner in crime. —Pumpkin Angel Cookie Monster

The memory haunts my senses
Bodies bare, glowing, moist, surrounded by mist
Eyes mesmerized, fixated, penetrating
Skin hot, tingling, electrified by touch
Breath sweet, heavy, hypnotic in the cool night air
Our souls together, as one, dancing under the light of the moon

I can't get that moment, or any of the others with you, out of my mind. During waking hours, you are in my thoughts; when sleeping, you are in my dreams. Not seeing you, not writing you, not talking to you, not sharing our lives, is far greater torture than I could have imagined. I look forward to the day when our circumstances change and I will, once again, reach out to you and you touch back; when we will talk about everything and smile and laugh together; when we can be just as wild and crazy together as before... but better. I want the fireworks back ... they were spectacular. —Your Friend

My dear we met in a blaze of communication media buzz - all in our heads and escaping slowly through our words, our script, our determined site... your music. So glad things have progressed as they have - even if they are only temporary. You are my best friend, oh Knight of Wands. I may never say this to you in person, but you must know by now. —Think Que

To the nicely dressed young man in a paperboy cap, walking down Harvard on Saturday around 6pm, your smile was just what I needed to see after a lonely day of reading and crying in the park. —The Girl in the Odd Printed Pants

You work at a certain deli that has recently opened. I just want you to know your beauty had turned my crappy shit fest day into a hope filled night. Keep on smiling and stay beautiful my red headed deli queen. —Until Next Time

I rushed out of a meeting and cycled downtown, hoping to join a certain walk that was going on. Unfortunately, I got the place wrong, and ended up cycling around the city for the next 45 minutes, only to conclude that I must have missed the event entirely. As a young straight man who cares deeply for his many female friends and counts among them at least three who have been victims of some sort of sexual abuse or violence, I just wanted to send my love and support to everyone who attended - or, like me, planned to attend but couldn't. You were wearing that red corduroy jacket again-commie star hat. I love your rubies earrings and dark, dark eyes that rival the sparkle in your tiny lobes. You are an exquisite doll. I love the shaved head, by the way. —blondiesmashed
