Thank you for kissing me so softly and warmly, holding me like you'll never let me go. Making me not afraid. And even when I'm losing all of my hair, looking me deep in the eyes and telling me that I'm beautiful, and making me feel it too. I love you so much!! —Thank You

Every day I miss Cape Breton... so badly. Makes me want to cry almost. I can only see the stars in the commons at night and well it's just not very safe for a little blond girl to lay in the commons at night. But in Cape Breton, BAM every night. I can also see the ocean, and trees... TREES not man made trees in man made parks. Real honest to god trees. I also have outdoor cats. It's nice. —Cape Breton Girl

You came in looking for Scooby Doo plush toys because "you have a scooby doo fetish" and wanted something nice for your lovely because she did well on her midterm. I just have to tell ya you're the most adorable thing I ever did see, really made my night.
P.S. Your girlfriend's a lucky gal. —Awkward Girl in Candy Store

To the incredibly kind gentleman who took time out of his day last week, crossed the street and helped me carry my bazillion bags to the bus stop so that I could hold my little girl's hand on our way to a sleepover at Nanny's. I Hope that good karma finds you! Thank you! —Bag Lady

You work on the waterfront and have the bluest eyes I've ever seen. I found myself thinking up questions during the day just to come in a talk to you. —Pretend Tourist

Just wanted to give a little shout out to the phenomenal new tattoo shop at the top of Spring Garden. You guys left a bad situation and made something great come out of it. You're both fantastic artists and great people. I look forward to many more tattoos to come. —Loving It

I have not been out to the Metro Transit Mumford Road bus terminal since april 2009. I had to do some banking business and there you were, my favourite bus driver. You were driving the number 14. You were a joy to see. I was so overwhelmed when you gave me a little wave. I was not sure if you would wave or not. Every time that I see you my heart races. You are a very beautiful person. If every bus driver was like you then there would never be any complaints made. You always have a bright smile on your face when the passengers board your bus. Sometimes you operate the number 61. Well thank you again for waving to me. I have been feeling a little blue lately but now I feel a whole lot better. Take care my favourite Metro Transit bus driver. Bye, hope to see you again someday. Happy Halloween. —Fluttering Heart

It's coming up on our three years, and I'm so glad you came here to live with me in the land of overpriced records and weird weather. You mean a lot to me, and I love you so much. Here's to more years of making it work. —Babe
