To the guy on the bicycle who circled back around the VG to give the anti-abortion protesters there a piece of his mind. All I managed to hear was 'ought to be ashamed of yourselves'. Dude, you rock. Thank you for making my day. —Take Your Crazy Someplace Else

To the tallest coffee-slinger on Spring Garden Rd. You are a kindred spirit. You are genuine and that is why it is a pleasure working with you. When you laugh, we laugh. You conquer tasks with vigor and you know when it's time to play and you know when enough is enough. You brighten my day in your charming way. —Shorter than You

You are a hero, honestly. I wish more people in Halifax knew you and knew what you do for people and how much you really care about them. You always listen to my problems and support me in my choices unbiasedly and bitch with me when I just need to vent about a dick move. THANK YOU SO MUCH FRIEND - you save lives even! —Sometimes in Need

I would race down that escalator if you were waiting for me at the bottom. I can envision throwing myself down the stairs, as perhaps a baby might on Christmas morning, if it meant getting to you faster. You were a beautiful muse for magnificent fantasies. I would have fought to live out each one, and share the thousand hugs, but, alas. I’m grateful for our moment in time llama, even if you spit dirty mud in my face, as llama’s will tend to do, I adored you. —Wolves’ eyes

To the guy in PPPark walking his Dobie pup,
Thanks for being cool about our dogs having a little grumble at each other. Most people would immediately walk away if either dog let out a little growl at the other, hence not solving the issue. But you stuck around and after a minute we got our dogs to be nice and play! You were really cool about it and I respect that, there's too many snot nosed dog owners especially around that area.
My dog was in good spirits after meeting yours! —Woof

We are old, you and I, at least in the eyes of many today - but not in our hearts, or in the eyes of each other. You ignite my passions today just as much - if not more - than in those far off years when we were both just starting out and exploring one another. And now here we are on the far side of 50 and as hotly active as ever. Thank you for keeping on lighting my fires and making me soar on the thermals you create. I hope it can be as many years again in your arms and in your heart. —Licker Flicker

To the lovely woman on the number one bus on October 17th around 3:30: Thank you so much for handing my phone to the bus driver after it fell out of my pocket and I proceeded to get off the bus. Buying a new phone would not have been an option as I don't have a lot of money. And thank you to the bus driver for turning it in. I am so happy that there are still people out there who will do a good deed.
Thank you! —Reunited Phone Man

I have a serious crush on you. You like me too I can see it! I said "I am sorry I act so stupid around you," you smiled, looking me right in the eye and said, "That's okay." If you read this D, and I come into your store... please tell me. —Shy Dark Girl

Dear Honeybee, I would love to see you over the rainbow someday. I know now that twilight is not enough. Waiting in the middle of the night for the dawn simply will not do. I want to be with you in the mid morning sun, when the light plays off of the ocean and water and wind can make a beautiful mist. Someday we will rejoice in the games that the waning ocean has to offer. I miss you. —Double Salt
