I wish you were grown up enough to realize you were wrong too. I wish you were sensible enough to know what you did was a horrible way to treat a person. You will never love anyone like I loved you because you can't. Too immature and too selfish. This was the best you'll ever have. I think you know that deep down. You'll never forget me and that has more to do with guilt than anything else. How sad. You can't love anyone fully and yet, you're always so lonely. —We're Not Talking and For Good Reason

To the Metro Transit Drivers, even though the service isn't always the most reliable and I wish that there were more buses on and some routes ran longer, without you I wouldn't be able to get to work or get home. Even if I have to walk a little bit, it is a lot better than paying $15 for a cab, and I just wanted to say thanks because without you I would be lost! —Regular Customer

To the handsome, loving, patient, sexy man who makes me feel special everyday; I love you. Happy one year wedding anniversary! Thank you for always keeping things interesting, and for continuing to put up with me. —Your Lil' Muffin'

You walk by and give me creep eyes whenever you're in the building and I try to shoot them back any chance I get. Perhaps you're a cyberman, those headphones your robotic earpieces, transmitting (uncharacteristic) friendly vibes. We should be pals. —Love to See You Read

Didn't I see you cross the way in the spring? You made me melt. —Winter

Now if I open the window...blind, will you make the marriage...bed? And if I plead amnesia, will you like the sound of it? —Paper Moon

To the band that practices Sundays on Pepperell Street, thanks for the afternoon tunes. Your Rolling Stones cover of "Loving Cup" sounded great while I was working in the yard. —Chop Saw

I saw a group of people working on their plots in the new city garden at the corner of Robie Street and Quinpool Road. I really admired your effort and cannot wait to see the results. Congrats to everyone involved in getting this idea into motion---our city will benefit in so many ways! —Loves Green Stuff

One time you told me "You don't know what you're missing." Now I know, and I'm missing it a lot. Best Kisses EVER. Thanks for all the kissing. —XO

To the lovely man that stopped in the Dartmouth Commons to help a young injured crow, call Hope for Wildlife, and move it out of harm's way. I checked for it on my way home and it was gone. I trust your kindness helped it recover and it lived to learn to fly another day. Thanks for taking the time, and being such a nice guy. —Animal Lover
