It was a small, affordable apartment. As I was leaving you were the next one for a viewing and we passed each other at the doorway. My monthly bus pass flipped out of my hands under a black box nailed to the floor near the back door of the bus. I went up to you and told you what happened. I didn't expect more than a comment such as "Check with the lost and found." Instead you stopped the bus at 5:30pm at a stop on Spring Garden Road. You got on your hands and knees and with the arm of your sunglasses wheedled my pass out from under the box then handed it to me. You are my hero. Thank you. —A Faithful Bus Rider
