Just over a year ago, you came into the little store where I was working in Park Lane mall after Christmas. I was going through a pretty rough time, and when you said that you thought 2012 was going to be the best year yet, I responded unenthusiastically. You noticed how sad I was, and returned a few minutes later with a small gift from a neighbouring store.
