The first time I saw you I was running late for an appointment, missed the bus I was supposed to take and hopped on your bus for an alternate route for which I am thankful. You are so ruggedly handsome, and I love, love, love the beard (never shave it) and I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. I didn't think I would see you again, but not long ago as I was walking down Barrington towards Scotia Square after work to catch the Link, I saw you drive by heading towards Spring, and yes my head turned as you passed. I'm glad I got to catch a glimpse of you again :) —MT Admirer

I know I tell you I love you every day. But honestly I don't know what I was thinking with the other men I've dated. You're exactly everything that I could ever want and/or need in a man. Every time i am around you all I can feel is love. Everything is right when I'm with you. Besides my back hurting today, and you even gave me your advil to take to work with me. And then I came home to flowers on my table. I can't get over how perfect you are for me and I don't hesitate to say that one day I wanna marry the fuck out of you, if I'm lucky.
PS. And to top it all off you're built like a brick shithouse. YOU ARE THE PERFECT MAN. —Pedal To The Metal Sheep

I just want to give a shout out to the girl and guy who walked me home from Young St very early the morning of July 20, when I was so drunk. If it wasn't for you, I am pretty sure that creepy guy would have taken advantage of me. I'll never put myself in that position again. Thanks to you, nothing worse than my hangover happened. Please give yourself a pat on the back for being amazing. —Staggery

To the property manager who only threatened to hurt me the next time he catches me skinny dipping in his buildings pool, Thanks! That heat wave was rough. —The cooled down kid

Thanks and hugs to the two ladies who helped my sister and
I re-fold a pop-up beach tent on Monday. The easy to read (not) instructions were such a fail, but you saved our beach experience. My sis is from away, and will remember your kindness as a great part of her vacation! Way to be N.S. ambassadors! —Confused but shaded beach goer.

Remember to be thankful for the things you do have and forget about the things you don't, people are people and you can't blame them for acting the way the do, we are all a little bit selfish every now and again. Take criticism and hurtful actions as a positive thing and use them to your advantage, you will grow and become proud of who you are and how you got there. If you appreciate somebody, let them know. Don't be embarrassed about how you feel but you don't always have to act on your emotions. Take a deep breath, remind yourself that it's not the end of the world, you can overcome any obstacle you want. We are all beautiful, unique and creative people and I hope everyone takes the time out of their day to love themselves! —J
