Actually it was more like 2 feet over the yellow line but I wanted to use the song lyrics. This morning on Prospect Bay road as I was coming home, a road crew truck came around a blind curve at me, a good 2 feet into my lane. My side had a jagged shoulder and a guard rail. I must have just kissed that rail getting out of his way.

I did a Uturn and caught up with him as he had stopped to set out signs.I got out of the car just shaking with adrenaline and asked the first guy I saw (there were 3) if he was the driver. He pointed at the guy just getting out of the drivers side (yeh ok I was upset and didn't notice him sitting in there) and he got out. I wasn't screaming but I was upset and shaking and said 'you came around that curve over the line and almost put me in the drink'. and he apologized! He said he had no idea how far over he was, and that he was sorry. So I replied, 'I just had to come back and let you know' and he apologized again.

So this is just to say that sometimes people make mistakes & sometimes it turns out OK, no one got smucked & sometimes this means they will pay more attention in future & sometimes you don't need to go all ballistic on that person & everyone goes home. —good dog driving
