Thank you for always being patient and loving. You are my favorite part of every single day, and I think about you from the moment I wake up to the minute I fall asleep. I never imagined that a year ago when I walked through your door that I was going to find the love of my life. You are always so supportive and I'm more thankful to have you than you know. Small things I love about you: how you never get tired of kissing me, when you grab my hand in your sleep, how you tell me you love me too no matter how many hundreds of times I say it, how you take care of me when I'm sick/tired/lazy, how you love everything I cook every night, and how you constantly untuck the bed sheets every night when I tuck them in every morning. Oh and thank you for constantly answering my loaded questions and imagining the future with me. Love you always. —Yours, always, F

you broke up with me a long time ago, and it broke my heart. i haven't been able to move on from you, and it turns out you haven't either.
when you had a few drinks in you, you spilled all these wonderful feelings and thoughts about me and us. you are such a fantastic person, and i wish you wouldn't let your very own labels stop us from being happy together. —just want you to be happy

Thank you for your kindness by getting my friend to help me early Saturday evening, lack of food and sleep did not help my over indulgence. I truly appreciate your professionalism and discretion. —Saturday

To the beautiful girl who works at the drug store and makes everyone feel good about themselves, you've stolen my heart. I often times just go in to buy a chocolate bar in hopes that you're working. —curious

We have seen each other not once, not twice, not even three times, and each time we do, our eyes lock, almost like they are speaking the words our mouths will not. We smile, we say hello with either a good morning or good afternoon...we spend our work weekdays in the same building on Barrington Street and I wish I knew what floor you were on because I think the time has come for our mouths to speak the words that need to be said...your absolutely beautiful, the way you wear your hair, and the mole on your cheek leaves me wanting to know more about you...until next week back in the office on Barrington street, this will be the week I will stop you, start with a hello and end with getting your name and number. I also believe you might live across from the Halifax Commons, so IF you see me before I see you, know that I am intrigued.... —Until....

October 11 - you sat beside me on the #80 from Bedford - Almon Street. I enjoyed our conversation and "Alzheimer/Dementia empathy" and laughing at the signs on Bedford Hwy. You blessed me as I got off the bus and your kindness made my day. My friend and I did go to the bar on Saturday night, but later than I'd planned. If you did go, sorry we missed you! I told her how nice you were. Your face seemed so familiar and I'm thinking we'd met when I lived in Nova Scotia. I hope our paths cross again when I return! —T

It was so fun to celebrate your birthday with you, mon courgeron. Falling in love with you has been so easy - sometimes I feel like I'm waiting to be pumpk'd. You even let me play Old Mother Hubbard in your kitchen. We're like a Fairytale in Provence, buttercup, and I'm looking forward to the Carnival of the rest of our lives. Je t'aime, and I'll always be ... —ta citrouilette

To the two amazing EMT's that helped my dad and I yesterday (?) with my mom who has dementia: Thank you times a thousand times for being so kind and patient. I know you are thinking that it is only 'your job' but it met the world to me and dad. Thank you for everything - it made a difficult situation much better. And to the male nurse who helped my mom just before we left - I apologize for being a bitch- I was tired and frustated and wanted to just go home. You also did an amazing job making my mom comfortable. Thank you. —Appreciative Daughter

I ordered a regular sized McFlurry but unfortunately didn't have enough to pay. This awesome couple jumped in and gave the extra change I needed. Thank you so much! I just wonder why? Whatever the reason, it was greatly appreciated! —Ice cream addicted student
