Love goes out to the organizers and to the gypsy jazz band who performed at a local hotel on Valentine's evening, from a same-sex couple who danced the night away in an open and inclusive atmosphere. We could not have felt more welcomed!
Kudos to our fellow dancers!
Class act!

So I'm taking a shortcut despite danger keep out tape, decide to turn back, slip, hear something snap, think, that's not good, find I can't stand. Alone. Start to call out for help. A couple of women parking cars come to my aid, as do some nearby workmen. In particular I thank Catherine who insisted on calling an ambulance and waited until it came, and the man who eventually got word to my son. I was a wittering idiot, only concerned that I would get a parking ticket. Everyone who helped me from the passersby to the medical personnel was so kind. End of story: I did break a bone, and I didn't get a ticket.

I love the concept of free food, drinks and bikes. I have a travel mug and think that Tim Hortons has got to love that fact, and can show it by letting me participate in the contest by rolling something other than a cup I am not going to use. Hello disposable culture lovers, lets welcome an alternative! —love love love

You said you wanted to meet me but then you disappeared with your 200+ fish. I have a feeling that you are one of a kind; if you don't see this I'm just going to start walking around until I find you. —Spacenerd

Just over a week ago, I was on my way down to the bus stop in Woodside/Dartmouth when I slipped and fell down a steep icy hill. I heard a snap and sure enough I had broken by leg so badly I could see the bone bulging out. I laid on the side of the road for quite some time, yelling, waving, trying to get passer-by's attention. A number of cars drove by me, saw me, and still didn't stop. But eventually, you did! You and another lady helped me into your car and you drove me right to the hospital. I am so incredibly grateful for people like you! Not only did you save me a very expensive ambulance ride, but you reminded me that there are still kind-hearted and genuinely good people like you out there. You even called the hospital later to see how I was doing. Well, in case you ever read this- I'm OK! thanks to you :) —clumsy/grateful girl

By the time I could come outside after you, you were already gone.
Hope you come back sometime. —Bartender

(spoiler alert :this is the end of a scavenger hunt).
Great job! HI, I love you so much, you are the cutest little ewok I ever did meet. The fates have brought us together even though we both weren't looking, and I think that is a very special thing. I am excited to continue growing and learning with you as we go through this, yes sometimes messy, but beautiful life we are living together. The best kept secret I've ever had? Oh yes. hopefully our little secret won't have to be a secret much longer. As Alfalfa once said, "you are so beautiful, to MEEEE". —HI
