Saturday night (or early Sunday morning), my car was broken into, window smashed, and purse gone. Instead of expressing negative thoughts towards the troubled individual(s) who felt the need to do this, I would like to express the gratitude I have towards the people in my life who supported me during my dramatic reaction upon discovery of my violated car. I also feel very fortunate to have these people around me, and to live in a city where after my purse was pillaged and ditched, someone still turned it in to the police and I got it back. It could have been a lot worse, and I'm feeling pretty happy it wasn't. Thanks for the help, Peaches. —got my sketchbook back.
