Thank you for not caring about your jobs enough to bother checking my senior/child/whatever isn't full-price ticket I bought from the kiosks. I think you get more money from snacks anyways? I'll make sure to keep buying the popcorn. —Broke ass movie buff

Givin' all my love to furry little babies. The bulldog in the store who's always drooling. The daschund on my block that jumps up and down when he sees me. The big dumb lab next door who eats garbage. You're all great and you should never change. —Wish my apartment wasn't pet free

I know your job's terrible. You don't feel like you're making any progress in the career you want. And the man you love is so, so far away. You're so talented, strong, a gorgeous person. Tomorrow things will be better and you'll get everything you rightfully deserve soon enough. Until then, I'll bring the cookies and wine. —Loving You Always

Friday, November 14 was icy, snowy and miserable. Outside Shubenacadie I went into a spin and landed in the median with my car un-drivable. You came over and lead me across the highway to wait in your warm company and vehicle. Then you drove me to Dartmouth Crossing, where family met me. Generous, lovely people who were happy to help, taking nothing for it. Thanks guys! I'll pay it forward. —Ditched and cold

I was the clumsy lady with her son, in front of a hair salon downtown, and I smashed my knee pretty hard. Two men were very helpful and kind. One was an employee or the owner of said salon, the other just a random guy. I had the chance to thank the salon guy profusely, but was in too much pain to say much more than “thank you” to the other man. Just wanted to let you both know, again, how much I appreciate your kindness. —2 Gentlemen in front of salon

[Image-1 Four am, "Sunday morning" (we all know it was still Saturday night), you (guy) were walking down Preston Street and I (girl) had just pulled up to my house. I got out of my car despite the looming possibility of rape since I was tired and had my keys in hand to defend myself if need be. You made eye contact and said "Hello," just like any other normal person would at any other normal time of the day. I felt stupid for fearing the worst. Thanks for being the kind of fellow who makes a gal feel safe at night. There should be more normal, non-rapey seeming people like you out after 1am. —Night owlette

To the girl who sat two seats away from me, during training last month. I cannot get you out of my mind. You may or may not have noticed how drawn to you I was, but I hope you did because my mind is dwelling on your face. —From the girl two seats away
