The other day one of those people who walk around handing out pamphlets about God came into my church and handed me one of his conversion cards. Naturally, I was incredibly insulted and angry that someone would come into my place of worship and try to actively convert me, and I gave him a piece of my mind. I figured that was the end of it, but then the next day he came in again and apologized and explained himself and said that I was right to feel disrespected for it. I appreciated that apology so much. Religion is supposed to be about universal tolerance, not active evangelizing, and I'm very happy that he came through and understood that.
