I was worried, about a family member's health, and getting frustrated at the process involved in filling out an online application. Even though you were also having your own problems, you noticed mine, and asked if I was okay. When I ran into another complication with drop down menus that weren't working, felt totally overwhelmed and started to cry, (big weeping tears at that), you came over gave me a hug. Thank you for noticing, and thank you for that hug. — Middleaged purple wearing lady

You typically drive the bus number one spring garden and you always greet every single passenger who boards your bus with a warm "Hello!" You always make me smile when you ask, " Do you want a souvenir?" as you refer to the bus transfers. You have helped to restore my faith in humanity. Every time I board your bus, I smile knowing that there is someone else out there who still believes in spreading kindness. Your warm smile and greeting may seem like a very small gesture to some, but to me it reminds me each and every day that the world still has good people in it. Thank you for doing the little extra and please know that it is appreciated!—Thankful Passenger

Thank you to the guy who stopped to help put my chain back onto the gear of my bike. I would have sat there in the cold for an hour attempting to do it myself. I owe you a great deal for your kindness—and causing you to have grease-stained hands! I was about to offer you water and tissue but you went back to your car. A simple thank you does not justify your actions. —Girl With The Big Blue Bike On Shore Road
