Whomever has spent the pretty money on putting pro-vegan ad posters up at the ferry terminals deserves a huge thank you. As a vegan it gets tiring seeing ad after ad for meat and dairy, perpetuating some of the cruelest forms of animal abuse on this planet. Everyone will tell you it's wrong to hurt animals...and yet, we hurt animals every time we sit down to eat. In their capacity to suffer, farm animals are no different than our pets.
